On offer through SeaJade Investments is this developing beachfront residential area which offered 46 parcels in Phase 1, an additional 24 lots in Phase 2 and a further 50 in Phase three.  Lot sizes range from 10,000 square feet to just over 18,000 square feet, some with sea views and some with rural views.  Of the original parcels, only 6 are still available for purchase with the final Phase 3 lots due to be completed in 2016.  The Hope Estate lies alongside the Windward Road just minutes east of the Capital city, Scarborough and just after the village of John Dial.  The beautiful Hillsborough Bay is the setting for this estate, and the Development will cover an area of 50 acres with a small stream on the southwest end and the much larger Hillsborough West River to the north, with its Debeau tributary that runs alongside the parcels on the northern boundary.  There is a selection of residential parcels either overlooking the ocean, wooded areas, the river or a 7 acre open recreational site that will include a tennis court, pool etc.  The development will be gated and will have all utilities buried under-ground.  There will also be a small number of residential/retail parcels at the main entrance on Belmont Road.  The topography undulates over the 50 acre site with some flat areas but mostly sloping to steep in places.  The overall site is naturally elevated and there are views in many directions.  Phase 3 will be the most elevated and private with only the sound of the ocean and the birds in the trees.   Hope Estate is separated from the beach by the main Windward Road.  It is a wide sandy beach, open to the Atlantic and is not recommended for swimming.  The developer is attempting to get approval for a small Marina opposite the land.
